Robert O. Kelly, D.D.S. is currently serving his first term as Councilmember for Single Member District 1. Councilman Kelly and his wife Suzan, who is currently the nurse at Smith Middle School, have two married sons, Bryan & wife Andrea, Scott & wife Kathy and one married daughter Erin & husband Graham. There are three granddaughters, Megan, Marin, and Jordan and one grandson, Grant.
