The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, personnel policy development and enforcement, compensation pay plan, risk management program, benefit programs, deferred compensation, retirement plan, and other related programs.

The Human Resources Director also functions as the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Civil Service Director and Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator.
